Executive Development, Training & Placement Services for Educated Disabled

This 6 months foundation course has been specially designed to help Persons with Disabilities who are Educated but cannot find a Suitable Job, this Program helps to ready them for Jobs, with a curriculum mainly focusing on the areas which are Important for a corporate Job, like:

English Language – spoken and written; Computer Operations - MS Office, Internet, etc.

Personality Development with interPersonal relationship, communication skills, etc.

Executive Caliber with work ethics, time Management, etc. and any other specific skills like Marketing, Accounts, Retailing, etc.

Internship during the Training Program is provided for needy Candidates.

On Successful Completion of this Course, Placement Support is provided with suitable Jobs in good Corporate Organizations.

Pre and Post Employment Support is also provided to help them get over any teething problems in a new Job.

To avail this Employment opportunity to many more youngsters with Disabilities, we plan to take corporate partners, who have the Training Infrastructure Facilities, to extend the above Training Program to many more of them, as part of their in house Training.

We have long term plans to introduce higher level Diploma and pg Diploma sessions for our Executive Development & Training Programs.

Criteria for Admission:

• Minimum Academic Qualification is HSC.
  
  
• Individual Assessment and Entrance tests will only form Important part of the Admission Criteria.
  
  
• Candidates must be willing to learn and put in efforts to working in a Group atmosphere.
  
  
• Candidates must be willing to go for internship to enhance their work Experience
  
  
• They should be regular for their sessions and examinations.
